Boulanger launches new play for FronteraFest

Texas State alum John Boulanger has written a new play for the Austin fringe theatre festival, FronteraFest. “A Writer’s Vision(s)” will be performed Jan. 21, 22, 28 and 30 at the Salvage Vanguard Theatre.
