Patterson Named TGA President Elect

The Texas Glass Association (TGA) announced that Deron Patterson, a sales development manager of PPG Industries, was elected president elect of the 2011-2012 board of directors. Patterson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University and his master’s degree in theological studies degree from Southern Methodist University.

Patterson entered the glass business in 1999. Since then he has worked in outside sales and sales development, as well as with the Texas State Legislature as a representative of TGA. In 2009 he received the TGA’s Lou Green Award and in January 2010 was elected to the TGA board of directors.
